Costa Property Shop is a spanish property agency based in the Costa Del Sol, Spain.

The Design

The design needed to be vibrant, clean and professional and include an image slideshow of featured properties. Along with this neat feature, the website homepage was also to include an interactive map of the Costa del Sol area that users can use as a property search facility. Three concepts were designed and the chosen design can be seen opposite.

Functionality

The core functionality of the website needed to include an advanced search facility for all properties in the database. Users could use this to identify properties based on their specific criteria. Along with this, a member login facility, member property wish list, newsletter facility, send to a friend feature and of course an admin system were all parts needing implementing.

And the Result......

The site was completed as planned and we are very pleased with the result. A back-end system controls all property content on the site aswell as the flash slideshow on the homepage. Commercial and Residential properties on the costa del sol can be found on this site - from bars and villas to hairdressers and garages! Why not take a look!
